New Student Registration

Within District Transfer Student Registration.  Please complete the  three forms below and email to [email protected] along with a scan of your proof of residency in our attendance area (driver's license, utility bill, etc.)

Student registration coming from outside of Armstrong School District.  Please complete the three fillable forms above along with the forms listed below and email to [email protected].  along with a scan of your proof of residency in our attendance area (driver's license, utility bill, etc.)  Please also scan a copy of the following:

Birth Certificate

Immunizations

Physical (if going into 6th grade or coming from out of state)

Dental (if going into 3rd grade or coming from out of state)

 

All the above information must be received to register your child.
